Paul believes he brings valuable skills and insights to the Committee, drawing on his professional experience: “As a software engineer and development manager, I understand both technical and managerial challenges. Working in healthcare has given me experience in complex problem solving when there are competing demands and priorities while creating solutions that satisfy all stakeholders.”
A longtime Medford resident, Ruseau lives in the Hillside neighborhood with his husband Robert and their two children, Nevaeh and Matthew, both of whom have attended Medford Public Schools since kindergarten.
He is a Girl Scout troop leader, has co-lead the Computer Science club at Columbus Elementary School, a volunteer for PTO events, and has chaperoned many field trips for his children.
